If you have a defect in your product, you can pre-register your product in the Repair Portal. After registration, you will receive a shipping label.

All products purchased from BERTSCHAT®️ can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt (free of charge).
A product must be returned in its original state. You may check out the product and try it on. For example, you can try on our gloves and check them out, but you cannot go skiing with them if you still want to return them.
You can exchange the product for your desired size within 30 days. You can do this by registering your product in our portal and specifying the desired size. Then download a free shipping label.
You can return your product within 30 days by registering your return in our portal. Enter the reason for the return and download a free shipping label.
